Meet Renee Walker, a seasoned boating professional with a lifelong love affair with the water. Originating from the vibrant city of Mexico City, Renee's affinity for boating blossomed during her formative years spent by a lake, where weekends were filled with family outings, watersports,  and aquatic adventures.
After completing her college education in Miami, where she delved into Business Administration and Marketing, Renee commenced her career in the realm of high-end fashion retail, public relations, real estate and marketing. However, it wasn't long before she realized her true passion lay beyond the confines of a traditional office setting.
Rediscovering her love for boating and yachting, Renee embraced a new journey as a crew member on yachts, traversing the globe to diverse destinations, including Canada, the Bahamas, the Caribbean, the entire US East Coast, and Europe.
Even as she embarked on the fulfilling journey of motherhood, Renee remained steadfast in her commitment to the marine industry. Leveraging her extensive expertise, she transitioned seamlessly into the domain of Marketing and Sales, specializing in the refit and maintenance sector of yachting.
Prior to her current role at Legendary Marina, Renee made significant contributions as the Marketing and Sales Coordinator at Derecktor Shipyards, a distinguished name in boat building and shipyard services.
Now proudly calling Gulf Shores, Alabama, her home, Renee steps into the role of Leasing Director at Legendary Marina and Yacht Club with boundless enthusiasm and a wealth of experience. Her deep-rooted connection to the water and diverse skill set make her an invaluable asset to the team. Welcome aboard!
